FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Position: Field Service Technician – Pest, Termite and Wildlife Control

Market: Greater New Orleans Area (including Orleans, Jefferson, St. Bernard, St. Tammany, and Plaquemines Parishes)

We deliver reliable, environmentally responsible solutions to residential and commercial clients, protecting properties from common regional threats such as rodents, insects, termites, and local wildlife.

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on role with strong earning potential through hourly pay plus performance incentives.

Primary Responsibilities

•  Perform professional pest control treatments, termite applications, and wildlife exclusion services for residential and commercial properties.

•  Conduct thorough on-site inspections and identify pest, termite, and wildlife issues.

•  Safely apply pesticides, baits, and other control methods according to label instructions and company protocols.

•  Install exclusion devices, repair entry points, and provide wildlife removal services.

•  Communicate clearly with customers, explain findings, and provide recommendations.

•  Maintain accurate service records and vehicle inventory.

•  Follow all safety standards and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

•  Previous experience in pest control, termite treatment, or wildlife management is strongly preferred.

•  Louisiana Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (or the ability to obtain one within 90 days) is required.

•  Valid Louisiana driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.

•  Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, manipulate/climb ladders, bend, stoop, kneel, push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.

•  Strong customer service and communication skills.

•  Self-motivated with attention to detail and ability to work independently.

•  High school diploma or equivalent required.
