Reveaux 360 is an established provider of professional pest control, nuisance wildlife removal, and termite prevention and treatment services in the Greater New Orleans region. We deliver reliable, environmentally responsible solutions to residential and commercial clients, protecting properties from common regional threats such as rodents, insects, termites, and local wildlife.
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team on a 100% commission basis. This role offers substantial earning potential for a self-starter who excels in outside sales and relationship building within the home-service sector.
Primary Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, and lead generation in the Greater New Orleans market.
• Schedule and conduct on-site inspections and professional presentations for pest control, wildlife exclusion, and termite treatment services.
• Prepare accurate proposals and close sales with residential and commercial customers.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated success in commission-based sales, ideally within pest control, home services, roofing, HVAC, or a related industry.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Valid Louisiana driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• Familiarity with the Greater New Orleans market and its unique pest and wildlife challenges is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional sales or industry certifications are advantageous.
Compensation and Support
• Competitive, uncapped commission structure with realistic potential for six-figure annual earnings based on performance.
